Spirituality vs. Covid-19: How has our personal and collective spirituality affected our response to Covid-19?
Spirituality has been on the decline in recent years and it has unfortunately been replaced by politics, consumerism, and technology. Historically spirituality has played a very large part in peoples’ lives and has helped them through difficult, uncertain times. Can you imagine a more difficult, uncertain time than the past two years of fear of Covid-19? Can you imagine having no spiritual life and only Biden, Trump, Amazon.com, a cell phone, and social media to help you cope during this time?
“The generic, powerful truths of spirit, God, the unknown, interconnectedness, interdependence, Mother Earth, goodness, abundance, prayer, ceremony, light, love, eternity, helping others, and the sacred healing power of the human body have helped some of us pass through this time with no fear, with hope, and with helping hands and hearts.
“Join us as we explore ways of moving forward with spirit and hope as we share ways of helping others move out of fear and into the light again.” Please RSVP Brian at bbrown.nrg@gmail.com. $10
