¡Sexual King Kong! (or How to Become a Multi-Orgasmic Man) (or Sexual Kung Fu)

I recently read the book ‘The Multi-Orgasmic Man’ by Mantak Chia and Douglas Abrams Arava and I learned many things that I did not even think were possible!

Men, stop and think for a few moments what your life would be like if you could have multiple orgasms just like some women can…

That’s right — your whole world would change!  Your entire concept of reality would be shattered!  And what would emerge from the pool of primordial ooze that was your former self would be nothing less than ¡Sexual King Kong!

As I was reading the book my mind harkened back to a line from my favorite Arnold Schwarzenegger movie, Predator, in which the other former Governator, Jesse Ventura, says that his chewing tobacco will turn you into a ‘goddam sexual Tyrannosaurus!’

And I thought to myself, Dang!, if Jesse’s magic chaw can turn a man into a sexual Tyrannosaurus, then what is contained in this book could turn a man into something much more powerful than that! And the only thing I know of that is stronger than T. Rex (or several T. Rexes) is King Kong himself as portrayed in Peter Jackson’s King Kong.

The crux of the book is that we men of the West associate orgasm with ejaculation, when in fact orgasm and ejaculation are two separate things.

You can learn how to experience orgasm without ejaculating, and once you do so, you can have as many orgasms as you like. When you orgasm without ejaculating you feel invigorated rather than sleepy and depleted. This invigorating energy can then be used to promote health and wellness and can be shared with your partner for a whole new experience of intimacy.

For thousands of years the Chinese have practiced this and it is known as ‘Ching Qi Gong’ (pronounced ‘ching chee gung’). Ching Qi Gong roughly translates to ‘Sexual Energy Practice’ and is better known as ‘Sexual Kung Fu’. (Kung Fu actually means to study or practice over a long period of time.)

Most creatures expend a lot of energy and resources trying to reproduce. Our base prime directive is to reproduce ourselves, to create. Many male creatures put so much of their energy and resources into the mating act that they literally have nothing left when they complete the task.  They mate and they die.

Male human beings are not that different.  The male body requires a lot of energy to produce the millions of sperm, the ejaculate fluid, the hormones, and the micronutrients required to support the bio-chemical processes that are used up during ejaculation.

When men ejaculate they are immediately tired, drained of energy, and pretty worthless as far as cuddling and intimate conversation goes.

It is highly unlikely that prehistoric man mated out in the open or unprotected when predators were around, because if he did, when he was done he would have been a motionless hot lunch for any nearby saber-toothed tiger or land shark to feast upon for the next two hours (at least).  (That is, unless prehistoric man practiced Sexual Kung Fu.)

By not ejaculating, men conserve the energy required to procreate.  This energy conservation leads to a healthier body.  And when you don’t ejaculate after having an orgasm, you don’t fall asleep.  When you don’t fall asleep you can have more orgasms (and/or help your partner have more).

So how does one have multiple orgasms?  How does one not ejaculate when orgasming?  How does one practice Sexual Kung Fu?

The Chinese have known for millenia that the energy produced when the genital region is stimulated is very powerful.  For men, the genital region includes the penis, the testes, the anus, the prostate, and the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles.  The genital region can be stimulated by sexual contact (alone or with another), by contracting the PC muscles, by using the mind, or all of the above.

Most men are not consciously aware of this sexual energy because during times of sexual pleasure men are mostly concentrated upon the sensations in their penis and the information they are taking in with their eyes, ears, mouth, and nose.

Many women, on the other hand, are able to experience total-body orgasms.  (If you are not one of these women, then please read ‘Healing Love through the Tao: Cultivating Female Sexual Energy‘ by Mantak and Maneewan Chia and get your own Sexual Kung Fu on, girlfriend.)  They feel the sensations in their genitals, but they also feel wonderful sensations throughout their entire bodies, even in their heads!  How awesome would that be, gentlemen?

Fortunately the ancient Chinese are several thousand years ahead of us and they have already worked out this problem for us ‘advanced technology’ dudes.  The Chinese have developed practices to circulate this sexual energy throughout the entire body.

The primary practice is called the ‘Microcosmic Orbit‘.  Basically, you circulate sexual energy up your spine to your head, swirl it around in your brain and enjoy it for a while, then you send it back down the front of your body and store it in your navel area.  You can read more about the Microcosmic Orbit in Mantak Chia’s other wonderful book ‘Awaken Healing Energy Through Tao‘ (I’ll write more about this in the future also).  I know it sounds wacky, but it’s amazing!  And it might sound complicated but it is in fact simple.  If you are interested, just try it without any pressure and see what you feel.  I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised!

So, men, you now have an idea about how to circulate your sexual energy throughout your entire body so that you can feel total-body orgasms just like many women can.  That sounds pretty simple now that I have briefly explained it.  But now the hard part (literally and figuratively): How do I not ejaculate when I orgasm?  And especially: How do I not ejaculate when I’m having a total-body orgasm?

Well, the ancient Chinese figured this out too.  To not ejaculate you first have to stop doing whatever it is that is giving you pleasure.  When you know you are about to ejaculate, you have to put on the brakes before you do.

Then, you can try one of several techniques: deep breathing, contract the PC muscle, squeeze your penis with your hand, pull your testicles away from your body, press on the acupuncture point just in front of your anus while contracting your PC muscle, or drawing away sexual energy from your genitals using the Microcosmic Orbit practice.  The book states that ‘the most important parts of the practice are breathing, squeezing your PC muscle, and learning to relax into a nonejaculatory orgasm‘.

The good thing about this, ladies and gentlemen, is that it takes some practice to master.  It actually takes lots of practice, especially once you master the Microcosmic Orbit and are able to experience multiple, total-body orgasms.

In the beginning of practice, once you are able to experience multiple orgasms without ejaculating you will say to yourself ‘well, just one more’.  And once you’ve had several and you are totally feeling good, you will let your guard down and then WHAM! it’s all over!  You’ll wake up a few hours later wondering what happened to the me that was the mighty feral beast King Kong!?!?

So, Grasshopper, hopefully you have listened well to what your Chinese Masters have said.  Have fun, but hold on carefully to your skyscraper!
